GoFarm Hawaiʻi Positions Available

Program Manager (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of training programs for beginning and existing farmers statewide
  • Manage recruitment and ongoing support of training program participants
  • Support coaches and site operations with procuring goods and services
  • Design and implement outcome and impact data tracking systems and processes
  • Manage curriculum and platform updates and improvements
  • Contribute to communications and marketing efforts
  • Represent GFH at industry and community events

Looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and implementation
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration and partnerships
  • Excellent attention to detail and proactive about identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to supporting farmers in Hawaiʻi
  • Experience in or around agriculture
  • Works well independently and in a remote team environment
  • Ability to work efficiently and problem solve

O’ahu-based Preferred.
