Every County has its own Compliance Guidelines
Most potential agritourism locations are assessed on a case by case basis based on what the farm wants to do, the location of the venue and the scale & scope of traffic, revenue and safety. Currently, there is no one way, one rule, one method to being compliant. So if you are looking to get into the industry prepare yourself for that.
