Join a hands-on workshop focused on improving post-harvest efficiency

Level up your greens production!

Learn how to construct a bubbler and greens spinner in this hands-on workshop. We’ll be converting a washing machine for use as a greens spinner, to quickly dry your salad greens after washing. We’ll also talk about food safety best practices and demonstrate different post-harvest processes for washing and drying to increase your washroom productivity.

• At GoFarm Pūlehunui, Maui Training Site (Mehameha Loop, Off Veteran’s Hwy.)
• Cost: FREE – Open to all experience levels
• Space is limited.

*Be prepared to work in the sun for this workshop – Closed toe shoes are mandatory. We suggest wearing sun protective clothing, a hat, and sunscreen.

Bring water and snacks – water refill will be available at the site.
