DESCRIPTION:Overview\n\n\n\n\nJoin a hands-on workshop focused on improving post-harvest efficiency \n\n\n\n\nLevel up your greens production! \nLearn how to construct a bubbler and greens spinner in this hands-on workshop. We’ll be converting a washing machine for use as a greens spinner\, to quickly dry your salad greens after washing. We’ll also talk about food safety best practices and demonstrate different post-harvest processes for washing and drying to increase your washroom productivity. \n\n8am – 12pm (noon)\nAt GoFarm Pūlehunui\, Maui Training Site (Mehameha Loop\, Off Veteran’s Hwy.)\nCost: FREE – Open to all experience levels\nSpace is limited.\n\n*Be prepared to work in the sun for this workshop – Closed toe shoes are mandatory.
